I highly recommend Kevin’s Appliance Repair. I had Kevin out on 2 separate occasions for work on our Samsung dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The dishwasher and refrigerator issues were minor and he resolved those quickly with no additional charges above his standard diagnostic fee. The range required a part that was out of stock from his normal supplier so he went over and above to find the correct part on Amazon which was received and installed in a timely manner. In all cases, Kevin was always on time and communicated his arrival time promptly. Very professional.

Kevin asked a few questions about the leak, then for a picture of the serial number inside the refrigerator door.  He gave me a quote and let me know that he didn't have the part in stock and would have to order it, taking up to 3 days.  Quoted a price over the phone and I told him to order the part and booked him for the repair.  When the part came in he would call to set up a repair time.

The part actually came in the next day, and he called to service it the following day.  He came on time and straight to work.  Did a great job and left no mess.

I will call him first for all my home appliance needs, and highly recommend him.
